DANBURY â âAging Times: Signs and Symptoms of Memory Loss, Dementia, and Alzheimerâs Diseaseâ will be the topic for discussion at the next Danbury Hospital Medical Town Meeting. The community health and wellness program, co-sponsored by Danbury Hospital and the Danbury Office of Physician Services, PC, will take place on Tuesday, June 6, from 7 to 8:30 pm at Danbury Hospitalâs auditorium, 24 Hospital Avenue.
Orestes J. Arcuni, MD, chairman of the hospitalâs department of psychiatry, and Melissa Cornelis, senior speech and language pathologist in the hospitalâs physical medicine and rehabilitation department, will address the signs and symptoms of memory loss, dementia, and Alzheimerâs disease. Ms Cornelis also will facilitate the evening program.
Ample time will be allowed for audience questions. Medical Town Meetings are free and open to the public. No RSVP is required. Park free in the visitorâs lot/blue garage area, Hospital Avenue entrance.
