Program At The Yoga Center

WOODBURY — Newtown resident Henry Marshall will give a talk entitled “Generosity and Practice: Being Gentle With Ourselves and Our Meditation” at 6:45 pm on Sunday, June 4, at the Woodbury Yoga Center.

The June 4 program is free to the public. After the talk and discussion, meditation instructions will be given and a silent group meditation will be held. A social gathering with tea will follow.
