How To Send A Letter To The Editor

The Bee welcomes letters from its readers. Submissions should be no longer than 500 words and include the name, address, and phone number (for verification purposes only) of the writer. Letters should be typed and double spaced, if possible, though legible handwritten letters will be accepted. It is also possible to e-mail letters to the editor at editor@thebee.com or by filling out the letters form on The Bee’s web site at www.thebee.com. The deadline for submissions is Wednesday at noon for publication the following Friday. The editor reserves the right to edit letters that are too long and to reject any letter for publication.
