My Place Restaurant will host a fundraising evening for Newtown Congregational Church on Tuesday, May 27.

From 5 to 9 pm that evening, 20 percent of all sales will be donated to the church. Diners should mention that they would like part of their bill to be donated to the church when they place their order (for take out and delivery) or when they pay their bill (for eat-in orders).

The restaurant is in Queen Street Shopping Center.
