Re: Police Reports, “Warrant” (page A-4, May 14, 2010). Fourth degree larceny?

What degree larceny can management and employees against customers be charged with?

I am taking my discount cards, my grocery list, and my money elsewhere.

I need my powers of concentration to get around town without being hit by the other person who is “driving” while on their cellphone, iPod, GPS, drinking their latte, eating their egg and cheese, no bacon, no butter, toasted — get the picture?

‘Nuf said!
