Update On Skin & Health

Grace Ling Federman, MD, a board-certified dermatologist, will discuss “Skin Sense: A Closer Look at the Body’s Largest Organ,” on Monday, May 24, at 7:30 pm at a free public program in the Msgr Conroy Room at St Rose School on Church Hill Road.

The free community health and wellness program is sponsored by the St Rose Parish Nurse Ministry. It will include a question and answer session.

Skin is tough, resilient, and virtually impermeable, but it is also affected by changes within the body. Dr Federman will present important facts about the skin including warning signs of such potential conditions as skin cancer and other diseases.
