Meals On Wheels Says Thanks

To the Editor:

The Newtown Meals on Wheels volunteer drivers were honored at the annual appreciation breakfast at Trinity Church on Wednesday, May 11.

A big “Thank You” to Ashlar of Newtown for providing the delicious “goodies” and to our many Newtown businesses who donated items and gift certificates to be given away as door prizes. Every volunteer went home with a gift!

You are wonderful! We could not exist and continue to roll along without your generosity and support.
