Clothing Drive

 At St Rose

The St Rose Youth Group is holding a clothing drive on Saturday, May 27, at the church, 46 Church Hill Road in Newtown.

All kinds of clean, reusable clothing for men, women and children are being collected including coats, sweaters, shoes, boots. The group also is collecting sheets, towels, curtains, quilts, blankets, and bedspreads.

All items collected will be recycled in the United States and Third World countries by a commercial resale recycler. Fabric cuttings, rags, toys and furniture will not be accepted.

All items should be in plastic bags. They will be collected on Saturday between 10 am and 3 pm. Items also may be placed earlier under the car port to the right of the parish center next to the CCD office.
