Four-Way Intersection

Police report a two-vehicle accident at the four-way intersection of Key Rock Road, Hattertown Road, and Poverty Hollow Road about 5:30 pm on May 11.

In that incident, motorist Michael Lally, 56, of 30 Poverty Hollow Road was driving a 2001 Volkswagen Passat southward on Key Rock Road and then stopped at a stop sign at the four-way intersection, police said.

Motorist Tammy Brown, 45, of 49 Lakeview Terrace, who was driving a 2007 Honda Accord southward on Key Rock Road, then struck the rear end of the Volkswagen, police said.

There were no injuries. Police said they issued Brown a written warning for following too closely.
