Newtown Skate Park Association (NSPA) â Will meet every Thursday at 6 pm until June 7 at NYS in the Parentsâ Corner. These meetings are for parents and students interested in the planning and fundraising efforts at the Newtown Skate Park. Contact Matt at 270-4334 for further information.
Huge Townwide Tag Sale â The Newtown Skate Park Association, NHS Peer Leadership Team, and Newtown Youth Services will be holding a fundraiser at NHS on Saturday, June 7, from 8 am to 8 pm. Skateboard tournaments, music festival, concessions, mini carnival, and battle of the bands are some of the events to take place.

âManaging Stress in Parents of Preschoolersâ â Facilitated by Judy Gibney, RN. This program will take place on Thursday, June 5, at 9:30 am, in the Parentsâ Corner.

Moms of Multiples ââ Will meet on Thursday, May 22, at NYS.
Working Moms ââ Meets the first Saturday of the month at 10 am. Next group is June 7.

Newtown Youth Services Summer Adventure Camp â Spaces are filling up quickly. Donât miss this opportunity for summer fun.
4-H ââ Greenhouse at Fairfield Hills â Grades 1â4 meet on Tuesdays, from 3:30 to 5 pm. Grades 5â8 meets Saturdays, 10 am to noon. Call 270-4335 to sign up.
SibShops ââ Meets on the third Thursday of the month from 3:45 to 5:30 pm at the middle school. The next meeting will be May 15.
Children of Divorce ââ Grades 2â5, Mondays from 6 to 7 pm, will be held at NYS. The next group will meet on Monday, May 12.
