To include a photo in the Birthday Album, simply send an ORIGINAL photograph along with the above material. Digital JPG submissions can also be done by email to editor@thebee.com. Deadline for the May 23 issue is 5 pm Tuesday, May 20.

 

Only children through middle school age will be included in the drawing for the cake. Please send names TWO weeks in advance so they may be eligible for the drawing to win the cake for their birthday celebration. Entrants submitted to the birthday listing more than a month after the birth date will not be accepted.

 

To have your photo returned, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope along with the birthday information.

    Every week one name will be drawn from those eligible in The Birthday Cake and will win a FREE cake from Luigi’s Italian Pastry in Trumbull. The winner will be notified by The Newtown Bee on the day of publication. Last week’s winner was 6-year-old Caroline Tanner.
