Wireless Zone Selects Bethel For Newest Opening

BETHEL — While many cities have several cellphone stores to service their needs, very few are privileged to have an owner/operator store that provides a wireless experience as well as a community partner.

For the first time, the Bethel community will have a one-stop-shop for all of their wireless products and services, as local entrepreneur Jonah Engler has located his Wireless Zone, a premium retailer of Verizon Wireless products and services, at 128 Greenwood Avenue.

A stock broker on Wall Street during the dramatic stock market decline in 2008, Mr Engler realized the economy was tanking and decided to diversify his portfolio by cashing in his stocks to become a single unit franchise owner at the age of 27.

A little over two years have gone by since Mr Engler opened his first Wireless Zone, and he is now opening his 12th Wireless Zone location in Bethel while simultaneously balancing his job on the stock exchange and his three children.

On May 25 at 5 pm, a ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at the new Bethel Wireless Zone. The grand opening weekend begins May 20, and the first 50 customers who arrive will receive free Bluetooth headsets.
