Hope, Compassion,

And Respect

To the Editor:

During National Nurses Week, May 6–12, we pay special tribute to our nurses that deliver expert care with hope, compassion, and respect for each family’s individual needs. Regional Hospice’s nurses go above and beyond on a daily basis to provide personalized care that is ranked among the best in Connecticut. We applaud their commitment to supporting the quality of life of each and every patient and their many acts of kindness that bring special comfort to so many families.

This week, take a moment to join us in thanking the nurses of Regional Hospice for the special care they provide to more than 550 patients and families in greater Danbury each year.

Cynthia Roy Squitieri, MS, LCSW, Executive Director

Mary Kincart, RN, MS, Director of Clinical Services
