Newtown 10, Memorial 0 – Megan Sajovic celebrated her birthday by teaming with Nora Lynn Shimko to fire a 13-strikeout shutout of Memorial. Katie Schmidt, Renata Villareal, Christine Beck, Katie Kirrane, Jax Van Waalwijk and Jenna Legros made some stunning defensive plays. Shimko added a pair of singles to power the offense as Melissa Fracker doubled and Christine Beck, Laura Newberry, Villareal, Stacy Broughton, Caitlin Cosgrove, Schmidt, Jacqui Kirol and Van Waalwijk all singled.

Rochambeau 10, Newtown 7 – Joanna Barry was 2-for-3 with a home run, but Newtown dropped its first decision of the season.
