Bethel VNA Annual Breakfast

BETHEL — The Board of Directors of the Bethel Visiting Nurse Association will hold its fifth annual Breakfast for Care fundraiser on May 26, at 7:30, at the Stony Hill Inn. The proceeds from the event will be used to assist the VNA to provide for patient care needs not covered by insurance.

Since 1927, the Bethel VNA has promoted wellness via clinics, screenings, and the sharing of health information. Additionally, its nurses, therapists, social workers, and home health aides provide care for the ill and disabled in their homes. VNA homemakers assist with cleaning and volunteers provide comfort and support. It is the VNA mission to promote wellness and to treat illness at all stages of life. The Bethel VNA provides these services in the towns of Bethel, Newtown, Redding, and Brookfield.
