Arthritis Walk On May 16

DANBURY — The Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc (BIPI) Mobic Team is partnering with the Southern New England chapter of the Arthritis Foundation to support the first Arthritis Walk in Danbury, on Sunday, May 16.

BIPI’s Mobic Team is asking for the community’s help and participation by signing up as a team captain, donating money, or participating in the Arthritis Walk. Any area resident can register now at www.arthritis.org to walk or learn more about arthritis.

The Arthritis Walk will start at the Danbury City Center Green on Railroad Place the morning of May 16. Walkers also can register the day of the event beginning at 9 am. The Arthritis Walk will officially begin at 10 am. Walkers have the option of a 3.1-mile or 1-mile distance.
