Ferris Acres Creamery Red Gorillas 6, Mobil 1 Lube Express Blue 5: The Red Gorillas came back to defeat Mobil 1 Lube Express Blue 6-5. Mobil 1 Lube Express Blue jumped out to an early 5-0 lead behind the home runs from Josh Dunn and John Finnegan and the no-hit pitching of Tess Davenport. The Red Gorillas bounced back with 6 runs in the fourth with clutch hits from Jake Raiani, Harry Lucas, Cody Camputaro, and a two-run double from Ryan Williams. The shutout pitching of Ben Terry and a game ending leaping catch by Ryan Mailloux sealed the win for the Gorillas. Mobil 1 Blue did well behind the no-hit pitching of David Kohler and Dominic Scalzo to keep the game close.
Ferro Financial Green Machine 4, Allstate Insurance Bombardiers 3: The Bombardiers jumped on top 2-0 with Cole Demirjian doubling in Derrick Lewis and Robert DiSibio. Kyle Roche answered back for the Green Machine, blasting a three-run homer to dead center that bounced off the top of the fence and out of the park, driving in Jack Swanson and Tim Shaw. Tim Davis of the Bombardiers scored in the fourth to tie the game at 3. Eli Holmes blasted a triple to right for Green Machine in the fifth, only to be stranded. The Green Machineâs Tyler Trede led off the sixth with a double and scored from third on Tim Shaw/s infield sacrifice, pushing the score to 4-3. Shaw struck out the last three batters he faced for the save, stranding Ryan Burns at third who led off the sixth with a single. Luke Sansonetti and Sean Connor played tough defense for the Bombardiers as did Brandon Giglio and Luke Loudon for the Green Machine.
Mobil 1 Lube Express Blue 6, Ferro Financial Green Machine 1: The defense of Mobil 1 was led by 4 innings of scoreless pitching by Dominic Scalzo and Tess Davenport. On offense, David Kohler had a triple and Brooks Petershack, William Kraus, and Josh Dunn all contributed strong hitting performances. Ferro Financial Green Machine had good at bats from Michael Narduicci, Eli Holmes, and Jack Swanson. On defense Sean McCleary played a strong first base backed up by Bobby Ward in left and Luke Loudon at second. Tyler Trede and Tim Shaw pitch two solid innings each.

Ridgefield 7, Newtown Mobil 1 Lube Express 5: Newtown was down by four runs before it ever came to bat, but battled back to tie the score at 5 in the fifth inning. Ridgefield put two runs on the board in the sixth to take a two-run lead, which ended up being the difference in the game. Julian Dunn took the loss on the hill despite pitching a complete game. Dunn also ripped a double and scored a run to keep the game close. Kevin Conte had a breakout game going two for three with 3 RBI and Adam Israel, Will Swain, and Tim McGrath all contributed hits as well. Colten Moroney had a standout defensive game at shortstop.
