Edna            Wrabel

Edna Wrabel, 90, of Westfield, Vt., died at her home on May 5. Mrs Wrabel was the wife of the late Rudolph Wrabel.

Mrs Wrabel is survived by her children, Sue Tompkins and her husband, Ray, of Newtown, and Robert Wrabel of Westfield, Vt., with whom she made her home. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and nieces, nephews and cousins. Her sons Rudolph, Robert, and John predeceased her.

Mrs Wrabel was born in Bridgeport on February 1, 1915, a daughter of the late Harry P. and Edna Delia (Auger) Wilson.

She and her late husband owned and operated an antiques store in Monroe for many years. She moved to Westfield, Vt., six years ago and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Troy, Vt.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, May 16, at 10 am, in St Rose of Lima Church, Newtown. Interment will follow in Monroe Center Cemetery. There are no calling hours.

Arrangements are by the Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main Street, Newtown.
