To the Editor:

The latest shooting in Atlanta at a medical center, which resulted in the death of one woman and the critical injury of four other women, is a continuing outrage of WEEKLY mass murder/injury events we are suffering in the USA.

I charge every single member of Congress, in both parties, as accomplices to murder, for every day these legislators refrain from passing measures that make the sale of weapons, capable of such destruction, illegal.

Prohibit sale of such weapons to anyone, no matter one’s age or background history. Only trained members of the military and properly trained police should be legally in possession of these types of multiple-fire weapons. No ordinary citizen has the inherent right to own them.

Every dollar entering the campaign funding for holders of elected office, which persuades such elected officers to oppose effective regulation of gun sales, is a bloody dollar.
