The next Northern Fairfield Professionals (NFP) meeting is planned for Tuesday, May 14, 5:30-8 pm, at the Knights of Columbus building on the Saint Rose campus, 46 Church Hill Road.

The Knights building has three garage doors on the first floor with the meeting room upstairs. Those planning to attend the NFP meeting should use the door on the left front of the building.

This month’s guest speaker is Michael Shavel, career development specialist with Connecticut Department of Labor. Via Zoom, Shavel will present “Job Search Tips and Strategies including AI (Artificial Intelligence).”

Registration is required and needs to be done through the American Job Center at CThires.com. Look for the registration box at the top right-hand side, click on the register box and follow the instructions to register.

Once registration has been completed, or for assistance with that process, contact Shavel at Michael.Shavel@ct.gov. He will verify registration, add the name of each attendee to the roster, and send the Zoom link. Registration is requested by May 13.
