Insights About ‘Real Boys’

To the Editor,

On behalf of the Newtown PTA Council, I would like to extend my thanks to Dr John Reed for providing an overview of the book Real Boys, by Dr William Pallack, to members of the local PTAs.  Dr Reed led discussions with the group, providing insight into how to raise boys who will communicate more openly with adults and become happier, more confident men.

Providing parent education for the families of the Sandy Hook School Community is an ongoing goal of the Sandy Hook PTA.  Thanks to Dr Reed for volunteering his time and his continued support in maintaining our goal.
