Everybody feels better after some pampering from a team of beauty and wellness experts, and maybe an adult beverage. And Newtown’s newest team of female entrepreneurs is ready to oblige.

Five beauty and wellness professionals now partnering at Newtown Beauty Suites are poised to celebrate a grand opening in their offices just above Bagel Delight at 30 Church Hill Road.

Katherine Andino, the owner and founder of Pure Skin By Kat & Newtown Beauty Suites, is inviting the community to stop by for a festive meet and greet she and her colleagues have planned.

“If you enjoy mimosas then join us for our pop-up experience from 11 am to 5 pm,” she told The Newtown Bee during a recent visit as the conversion from the space’s former tenant, River’s Edge Healing Center, progressed. “We will be giving away 30 swag bags with goodies for the first 30 guests to arrive, and we will also be offering beauty treatments at special pricing for the event.”

Attendees will also see and participate in live demonstrations of some of the services offered by Andino, her sister Mikayla, Chanty Waring, LMT, Diana Tigre, and Cidias DaSilva.

There will be other small businesses selling merchandise as well as sessions with Anna Louise from Psychic Solutions, who will be offering psychic readings.
