Free Health Assessment Screening

NEW MILFORD — New Milford Hospital invites community members to participate in a free health assessment and screening day Thursday, May 13, from 9 am to noon in the main lobby of the hospital at 21 Elm Street.  No appointment is necessary; evaluations will be done on a walk-in basis.

Hospital staff will perform heart/stroke risk assessments and prediabetes (finger-prick) screenings.  These evaluations are designed to help individuals identify their particular risk factors and the lifestyle changes that can reduce those risks.  Breast health information will also be available.
