Bereavement Series At WUMC

WOODBURY — The Rev Dr Earle B. Sanford, pastor of Woodbury United Methodist Church, is offering an adult course on coping with bereavement on Thursdays from 6 to 7 pm through June 2.

The group meets in the Fellowship Hall of the church, which is at the corner of Main and Church Streets in Woodbury.  The course is free, and the public is welcome.  Please call the church at 263-4775 to register for the class.

Rev Sanford is using the book When Grief Breaks Your Heart by James W. Moore.  The book explores what faith says about the experience of grief, including the power of faith to heal the broken-hearted.
