Agency Seeks Adoptive Families

NORWALK — The Family and Children’s Agency is looking for families to adopt Connecticut’s children who are currently in foster care.

The organization is particularly interested in recruiting families willing to adopt older children (ages 5 and up), sibling groups, and children with physical, intellectual, and/or emotional challenges. There are also younger children available who are not yet legally free for adoption but should be at a future date.

An informational meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 10, at 6:30 pm, at the Family and Children’s Agency, Inc, 9 Mott Avenue, Fourth Floor.

Anyone interested can either attend the meeting or call Nancy Lindahl at 800-676-4066. Classes are scheduled to begin in late May.
