School players, will introduce the game of Field Hockey to girls entering 6th through 9th grades. The camp will be held at Fairfield Hills. Instructional sessions will begin with basic skills. As campers develop confidence, more advanced skills will be introduced. There will be small-sided games to help teach offensive and defensive strategies. Besides field play, campers will be introduced to the position of goal keeping with equipment and techniques. Campers should bring both sneakers and cleats and a water bottle.
