GIRLS U10

 

BOB TENDLER REAL ESTATE 12, DRUG CENTER 12 (8 innings): Kelly Tenney was 5-for-5 with three singles, a double, a home run and seven RBI for Tendler . . . but the game still ended in a tie after two extra innings. Kate Bowen and Maxx Zimmer pitched well, combining for 17 strikeouts. Doyna Djone and Allison Modzelewski each banged out hits while Rachel Marlin played well at third. For Drug Center, Nicole Banzinger cracked a three-run homer while Melissa Fracker pitched well, striking out six in four innings of work. Joanna Barry and Megan Baryton were strong in the field, as was Makena Cunningham at the plate.

MY PLACE PIZZA 10, DR HENRY GELLERT 9: Jenna Legros smacked a three-run homer and Ann Hull was 2-for-3 to lead My Place to a close win over Dr Gellert. Legros and Sam Ross pitched well while Rebecca Read and Renata Villarreal starred on defense. For Dr Gellert, Elissa Robertson and Carolyn Gingras each had two hits and two runs scored while Adelle Cerreta pitched well and Annemarie Davis played well in the field.

CHUBBY’S DELI 15, RICCI’S SALON 7: Megan Jajovic led the way for Chubby’s by pitching three strong innings and banging out three hits with five RBI. Gina Fenaroli added four hits and Samantha Carlisle added three hits and two RBI. For Ricci’s, Laura Newberry and Renee Solheim were solid in the field while Jaclyn Van Waalwijk pitched a nice game.

AIRE SERV HEATING & AC 8, BOB TENDLER REAL ESTATE 7: Kimberly Nezvesky, Sarah Pollach and Rachel Taback powered the hitting attack while Nora Lynn Shimko, Katherine Urfer and Sarah Shannon all pitched well. For Bob Tendler, Kate Bowen, Carly Doherty and Erin Fish paced the offense while Dayna Djone and Maxx Zimmer pitched a solid game.

KOSCHEL BUS #16 16, RICCI’S SALON 7: Marley Koschel pitched well while Meg Barbour, Tina Sanchez and Stacy Broughton all cracked home runs to lead Koschel Bus. For Ricci’s, Katie Serick pitched well while Casey Day made a great defensive play at third. Alyssa Krueger banged out a triple to pace the offense.

POLICE UNION 18, KOSCHEL BUS #16 17: Anne Berloux paced the offense and Mary Bloshuk pitched well to lead Police Union to the win. For Koschel Bus, Colleen Murphy played well in the field while Sarah Peck led the offense with a pair of singles. Molly Terrell added a single of her own.

KENDRO LABS 11, BUZZANO CONSTRUCTION 10: Samantha O’Donnell had three hits and Sophie Ceretta banged out a pair of doubles to lead Kendro to the win. Jackie Us and Jennifer Blauvelt also had two hits while Remy Ball pitched for the win. For Buzzano, Rachel and Danielle Nicolosi played sharp defense at shortstop and second base while Becky Huot played well at the corners. Alyson Graham played well in the outfield.

TAUNTON PRESS 23, DR CURTIS BECK 14: Hillary Smith belted a home run and was the winning pitcher as Taunton Press outslugged Dr Beck. Sarah Copeland scored five runs while Lauren Nute and Alicia Woolf scored four runs apiece for Taunton. For Dr Beck, Kristi Nowak, Lauren Egdahl and Alex Doninger all played well in the field.

EXECUTIVE LANDSCAPING 19, CAVALIERE & SONS 17: Desiree Rosato blasted a home run as Executive Landscaping nipped Cavaliere. Bailey Saltzman and Amanda Sharpe pitched well and Angela Viesto played well in the field. For Cavaliere, Samantha Pribesh and Christina Matsis collected four hits apiece, with Pribesh driving in five runs and Matsis scoring twice.

NORTHERN WOODWORKS 16, DR STEVE LANDIN 13: Becky Sampson tripled and Sammie Ciaccia had three hits, including a double, to lead Northern Woodworks to the win. Bria Innurrato had three hits, Jessica Cosgrove had a solid game at first, and Amanda Lindblom stole home. For Dr Landin, Meredith Palo was 2-for-3 and Ali Legros homered. Ashley Gabor pitched well while Mary Cozens, Katie Kelleher and Lindsay Greene played well.

NORTHERN WOODWORKS 17, DR STEVE LANDIN 10: Valerie Nezvesky tripled, drove in five runs, and pitched well with five strikeouts to lead Northern Woodworks. Maricate Conlon doubled while Kate Levasseur and Melissa Paytner played well in the field. For Dr Landin, Meredith Palo, Ali Legros, and Lisa Alberico played well.

GIRLS U14

 

LEXINGTON GARDENS 13, WALKER INDUSTRIALS 12: Rebecca Narel secured the win on the mound during this barn burner of an opener. Supporting her in the field was Stacy Shpunt behind the plate and Michelle Imperioli in the outfield. Lauren Grimaldi and Amanda Klabonski both played well. For Walker, Ashley Ferris, Krystal Ferris and Amber Finlayson all belted home runs. Kristen Decesare and Jessica Nicolosi played well in the field.

ADVANTAGE LOAN 18, PEDIATRIC HEALTH CARE 16: Lauren Cascia and Alexis Barry combined for six hits and seven RBI to lead Advantage to the win. Michaela Brown and Lauren Reed each scored three times. For Pediatric, Candace Harrington, Shannon Petrasanta and Grace Hubina had two hits apiece while Jillian Blomberg pitched well. Cat Williams had a solid game on defense.

LEXINGTON GARDENS 13, PEDIATRIC HEALTH CARE 13 (7 innings): Katie Bolmer and Corrine Yllanes led the Lexington Gardens offense while Heather Tracey, Gina Bloshuk and Katie Murphy anchored the defense. For Pediatric, Grace Hubina pitched four strong innings while Megan LaFlamme, Emily Nezvesky and Jillian Blomberg powered the offense.

WALKER INDUSTRIALS 11, ADVANTAGE LOAN 7: Amie Walston pitched well, Heather Snow sparked the defense, and Stephanie Nordstrom led the offense as Walker nipped Advantage. For Advantage, Courtney Brunton hit well and was solid in the field. Katy DiVanno pitched two strong innings while Kendal Deakin was strong in the field.

JP MAGUIRE 18, McCHORD ENGINEERING 7: Christy Caruso drove in three runs and Jackie Ercole drove in two others to lead JP Maguire to the win. Jessica Gaddis played well behind the plate as Laura Jennessey and Sarah Holroyd pitched well. For McChord, Emily Blewett and Sam Bucholz pitched well while Kendall McChord, Carey Stokes and Kate Fielding played well on defense.
