Relay For Life Is Collecting Photos
The Survivor Committee of the Newtown Relay For Life is collecting pictures of cancer survivors and persons who lost their lives to cancer to be honored at the luminaria ceremony held during the American Cancer Society Relay For Life. The event will take place in Newtown on June 11-12.
Pictures may be dropped off to Alice Mascher at Caldwell Bankers/Bob Tendler Real Estate, 17 Church Hill Road. All pictures must be received by June 1 and anyone who has questions can contact Ms Mascher at 426-5679. If a name and address are provided, the pictures will be returned.

Teams of eight to 15 members will gather with tents and sleeping bags to join more than 4,000 communities nationwide that are hosting relays.
Relay For Life brings together friends, families, businesses, schools, churches people from all walks of life. Teams seek sponsorships prior to the relay, all with the goal of eliminating cancer.
