Geoff R. Vanscotter and Jamie Ziegler have purchased a home at 33 Philo Curtis Road from Thomas and Joan H. Bianchi.

The property was listed by Tom Bianchi of Linnell Real Estate and sold by Marie Fodor of Coldwell Banker Bob Tendler Real Estate.

The sellers were represented by attorney George Wakelee of Newtown and the buyers were represented by attorney William Rogers of Sugarbrook Law Center, Newtown.
