Dodgingtown Road

About 5:45 pm on April 24, motorist Donna McDonough, 67, of Easton, who was driving a 1998 Toyota southward near 29 Dodgingtown Road, stopped for some vehicles that were stopped in front of her, police said.

Southbound motorist Laura Rubinson, 45, of 11 Arlyn Ridge Road, who was driving a 2004 Toyota, attempted to stop but struck the 1998 Toyota from behind, police said.

Newtown Volunteer Ambulance Corps transported Rubinson to Danbury Hospital for treatment of minor injuries, police said. Rubinson received an infraction ticket for following too closely.
