Oh, Say Can You See . . .

The Bridgeport Bluefish Baseball Club held auditions on April 22 for anyone wishing to perform the National Anthem during a Bluefish home game this season. Jeanne Malota of Newtown (above) was one of those who belted out the Star Spangled Banner a capella. The Bridgeport Bluefish are a charter member of the Class A Atlantic League and they play their home games at The Ballpark at Harbor Yard, located off Exit 27 of 1-95 on the corner of Broad Street and South Frontage Road in Bridgeport. The Bluefish have drawn more than one million fans in their three-year existence.
