Thanks For The Cleanup

To the Editor:

Just a short note to thank the individuals who picked up the trash on Great Quarter Road this past weekend (Earth Day outing).

As we used to say in the Navy, “Bravo Zulu” (outstanding) — too bad we who live on Great Quarter Road have to wait for a special Earth Day to do what is our responsibility in the first place — it’s your street, keep it clean.
