Cell Towers Panel Discussion
EASTON ââ An informational talk on the potential health and environmental impacts of cell towers will be held on April 26 in the community room of the Easton Library from 1 pm to 3 pm.
 Speakers include B. Blake Levitt, medical/science journalist and author of Electromagnetic Fields, A Consumerâs Guide To The Issues and How to Protect Ourselves (Harcourt Brace 1995), for which she won an Award of Excellence from the American Medical Writers Association. A former New York Times writer, Ms Levitt is also the editor of Cell Towers, Wireless Convenience or Environmental Hazard? Proceedings of the Cell Towers Forumâs State of the Science/State of the Law (Safe Goods/New Century Publishing 2000).
Also on the panel is Raymond S. Kasevich, chairman of the board and chief scientist of KAI Technologies, a company using electromagnetic energy in medical applications, including the treatment of cancerous tumors and cardiovascular disease with microwaves. He is also the president and chief scientist of CS Medical, and vice president and CEO of Kase Energy.
