Jack Friel Memorial . . .

 

Entry forms have been mailed out to former participants and teams are quickly forming for the annual Jack Friel Memorial Golf Scramble, sponsored by the Newtown Scholarship Association. The tournament will be held Monday, June 18, at Whitney Farms Golf Club in Monroe, with tee-off at 11:30 am. The entry fee of $150 includes lunch, cocktails, and a buffet dinner. Handicaps will be used and plenty of great prizes will be awarded. This year’s goal is to raise $30,000 for Newtown scholarships (each year, the NSA awards some $150,000 in scholarships to graduating students and undergraduate students).
