Mr and Mrs Trevor Oltran, formerly of Cos Cob, have purchased a home at 11 Dodgingtown Road in Newtown from Mrs Lucy Melvin.

Bob Gleason of Century 21 Scalzo – The Gleason Group of Newtown listed the property, which was sold by Debra Trillhaase of Prudential Connecticut Realty of Newtown.

The buyers were represented by attorney Richard Margenot while attorney John Spain represented the seller.

Albert’s Hill Road

Mr and Mrs Mark Swigart, formerly of Fairfield, have purchased a home at 58 Albert’s Hill Road in Newtown form Ms Lori Shortt.
