Multiple Sclerosis Seminar May 12

LITCHFIELD — A workshop, “Guided Imagery,” will be held on May 12 from 7 to 8:30 pm at Wisdom House in Litchfield.

The workshop, with instructor Pat Torre, is free to persons with multiple sclerosis who are members of the Western Connecticut chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Guided imagery is a technique that can have a relaxation effect and is useful in stress reduction.

Class size is limited. Register by calling 800-FIGHT MS between 10 am and 7 pm weekdays and choose menu option #1. Directions to class will be given during enrollment.
