Margo Snellback of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty listed the property, which was sold by Michael Ghounem of Buyers Capital Real Estate.

Attorney Ed Walsh of Bridgeport represented the sellers and attorney Jim Smith of Bethel represented the buyers.
