St Rose Parish will host the Eucharistic Miracles display of Blessed Carlo Acutis, April 25-May 5.

“An event like this only comes once in a lifetime,” says Father Peter Cipriani, pastor of St Rose Parish. “And we’re most blessed to be the parish chosen to share this extraordinary exhibit at the same time that Blessed Carlo Acutis is to be canonized a saint.”

The first millennial saint, Acutis will be canonized by Pope Francis on April 27, 2025, which will also be the third day the Eucharist Miracles display is available for viewing at St Rose Parish. The canonization is set to take place during the Jubilee of Teenagers at the Vatican in Rome.

Acutis was a teenager whose deep devotion led him to be a shepherd of his Catholic faith and spread the Good Word using modern technology. He was diagnosed with leukemia and died at the age of 15 in 2006.

Acutis is known for his early commitment to Catholicism and his use of technology to share religious messages with the world. During his life journey, he created a global website documenting Eucharistic miracles and also ran websites for many other Catholic organizations.

The display coming to St Rose Parish is an international exhibition created by Acutis before his death. It chronicles over 126 events recognized as miracles by the Catholic Church.

Using a collection of panels, it takes the viewer through historic miracles, and tells a story of the mystery of the Eucharist.

The presentation will be on display April 25-May 5 at the Holy Innocents Faith Formation Center, 38 Church Hill Road, on the parish’s campus. It is a free event open to the public. The presentation will be open daily; visit strosechurch.com for specific hours.

“We hope everyone can experience the power and mystery of the Eucharist through this display and the story it tells,” said Cipriani.

Carlo Acutis was a British-born Italian teenager known for his devotion to the Eucharist, which became a core theme of his life prior to his death from leukemia at the age of 15 in 2006. St Rose Parish will host the Eucharistic Miracles display of Blessed Carlo Acutis — celebrating the first millennial saint — April 25-May 5.
