Brookfield Garden Club Plant Sale

BROOKFIELD — The Garden Club of Brookfield will hold its annual plant sale on Saturday, May 12, from 9 am to 1 pm, at Brookfield Library in Brookfield Center. Perennials from members’ gardens, annuals, Mother’s Day gift baskets, baked goods and tag sale items will be available for purchase.  A special herb basket will also be raffled.

This year’s event will also include a garden clinic, where club members will be available to answer gardening questions, and a special sale of “Perennials of the Year” from the past decade.  There will also be demonstrations of how to plant a tub or container to add seasonal color, and how to decorate clay pots.

The plant sale is the main fundraiser for the Garden Club of Brookfield. Pproceeds are used to fund civic beautification projects in Brookfield throughout the year and an annual scholarship to a Brookfield High School senior. Admission is free.
