To the Editor,

I have been away for a number of months, so I am unaware if this idea has been put forward. I note the beautiful job being done in Sandy Hook Center on a new stone wall. I was wondering if we could rename the wall as “The Sandy Hook Memorial Wall,” in recognition of all that so tragically lost their lives in the terrible events that occurred at the Sandy Hook Elementary School.

Small plaques bearing the names of the those that lost their lives could be placed in the wall; perhaps small boxes of personal mementos could be placed in the ground immediately behind their name on the wall.
