Paul Nickolloff: A lot more recycling. I donât think people recycle enough. And buy more recycled products.
Jim Weis: Turn out the lights when youâre not using them.
Bob Haskins: Hybrid car technology. Why? It is easier on the pocketbook and better for the environment.
Michelle Thompson and David: Drive less and combine car trips when you can.
John Hickey: Going back to when I was a kid and a Boy Scout, weâd pick up garbage and try to be a good citizen. People need to do more than just pick up their own yards.
Susan Hickey: All Iâm doing is watching trees come down everywhere. It would be good if better choices could be made when new building is done to keep it more rural looking in Newtown. Plant a tree and keep the existing old, beautiful trees we have.
