Hibernians New Membership Drive

DANBURY — The Greater Danbury Ancient Order of Hibernians is planning a Pub Night on Saturday, April 19, from 7 to 11 pm, for the purpose of attracting new members, both men and women.

The event will be held at the AOL Hall, 161 Main Street, next to the Palace Theater in downtown Danbury.

There will be live entertainment by The Mighty Ploughboys and karaoke later on in the evening conducted by Vin Nolan. There will be prizes for the top three contestants as well as food and drink.

Admission fee is $10 per person.

The group is encouraging everyone to “Come on down and see what we are all about!”
