Adopt A Pet From The Pound
Adopt A Pet From The Pound
The following dogs and cats are available for adoption from the Newtown pound, which is located at the end of Ethan Allen Road (behind the transfer station):
TIMMY is a 5-year-old mixed breed. He loves to play and gets along great with dogs, cats, and children. Timmy is house-broken and would make a great family pet.
SAMMY is a 1 1/2-year-old old brindle neutered male terrier mix. Sammy is good with other dogs and has a playful spirit and sweet personality. Sammy would be a nice companion on a car ride.
DOLORES is a 7-year-old spayed, friendly, orange and white female cat looking for new owners.
MIDNIGHT, a female lab mix, is best for a couple or single person in a quiet home with loving companionship. She can also provide company for a cat.
CHARLOTTE, a 4-year-old female Hokkaido-terrier mix, has a sweet personality and is friendly with other dogs and people.
Good news: Simba, a Maine Coon cat, was adopted this past week.
