WESTPORT –– Members of the Entrepreneurial Woman’s Network (EWN) will share their experiences as small business owners at a Morning Round Table to be held on Wednesday, April 23, from 8:15 to 10. The event will include breakfast and networking, and will be held at Peppermill Restaurant, 1700 Post Road East.

An informal meeting featuring a panel of EWN members will share their encounters and the lessons they have learned along their entrepreneurial journeys. The meeting will provide an opportunity to learn from their mistakes and experiences. Panelists will discuss such topics as facing uncertainty, overcoming obstacles, and avoiding risks. Those attending will become aware of which pitfalls to avoid so that their small businesses can follow a path to success.

The panelists will include EWN members from various backgrounds and areas of expertise. A former executive from SCORE will also be present to impart some of the most common blunders she has seen over the years as a counselor for entrepreneurial women.

Cost is $18.50 for nonmembers and $13 for EWN members, with a $5 walk-in charge for those without a reservation. Reservation forms are available on the EWN website, www.ewn-ct.org. Further information is available by calling Nancy Follis Williams at 840-1220 or 846-0645 or the EWN website.
