Adeline Eide

Adeline (Castellanete) Eide, 84, of Trumbull, a homemaker, died April 16 at St Vincent Medical Center, Bridgeport.

Born in New York City, she was the daughter of the late Pasquale and Julia (Malafronte) Castellanete. Mrs Eide was a creative person who enjoyed sewing and craft making.

Survivors include her beloved husband of 65 years, Herbert Eide; three children, Steven Eide and his wife, Madeleine, of Newtown, Diane Perachio and her husband, Rick, of Trumbull, and Harold Eide and his wife, Donna, of Brookfield; a brother, Robert Castellanete of New York; a sister, Lenore Santucci of Stratford; ten grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter, Barbara Ann DeAngelo.

Funeral services will take place on Saturday, April 19, at 9 am, in Nichols United Methodist Church, 35 Shelton Road, Trumbull. Interment will follow in Long Hill Burial Grounds, Trumbull.

Friends may call on Friday, April 18, from 4 to 8 pm, at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
