Helen A. Kozak, 80, of Sandy Hook died April 13 at Danbury Hospital. She was the wife of George A. Kozak and a lifelong resident of Sandy Hook.

She graduated from Newtown High School, Class of 1953.

Mrs Kozak was a longtime employee of the former George M. Stuart Insurance Agency.

In addition to her husband, three children, Gary Kozak of Sandy Hook, Kenneth Kozak, and his wife Jennie, of Waterbury, and Lori Clark, and her husband Pat, of Hollis, N.H.; and five grandchildren, Jennifer, Kenneth, and Jason Kozak and Patrick and Ryan Clark, survive Mrs Kozak.

Funeral services and burial in St Rose Cemetery were private.

The Honan Funeral Home, Newtown, served the family.
