Mile Hill DUI
Police said that at about 11 pm on April 13, they stopped motorist Case Sherman, 21, of 43 Orchard Hill Road near the intersection of Mile Hill Road and Queen Street because the vehicle that he was driving did not have its rear marker plate illuminated.
After investigating, police said they charged Sherman with driving under the influence and with failure to illuminate a rear marker plate.
After processing, police released Sherman on $100 bail for an April 28 appearance in Danbury Superior Court.
Church Hill DUI
After receiving a complaint at about 9:24 pm on April 14, police went to the section of Church Hill Road just west of Interstate 84 where they found motorist Cheryl L. Millington-Hansen, 47, of Danbury parked in a 2000 Ford Taurus sedan at the Mobil gas station at 64 Church Hill Road, according to police.
After investigating, police said they charged Millington-Hansen with driving under the influence.
Following arrest processing, police released Millington-Hansen on $250 bail for an April 28 court appearance.
