Tennis Talk On Community Vision 21

Tennis Talk, a new show featuring Newtown resident Alex Aitchison, began airing recently on Community Vision 21.

The show, hosted by WLAD radio personality Pete Summers, takes viewers into what’s happening in the tennis world and interviews high visibility people who make up the game. Aitchison, a former international player who was inducted into the Newtown Sports Hall of Fame and the Eastern Tennis Hall of Fame in 2002, is the tennis instructional correspondent for the show.

Using top teaching professionals from the area, he brings advice on stroke production and tips on how to be a better player.

The show airs on Thursdays at 9:30 pm and Saturdays at 10:30 am.

Also, the final of the Beaver Brook Tennis Classic – an invitational exhibition tennis tournament featuring players from Australia, France, India and the United States – will air on April 13 at 7:30 pm and April 10 and 17 at 11 am.
