Dr Angel and Aline Polimeni sold their home at 13 Silver City Road to Jeanette and Ralph Tuliano, formerly of Westport.

Jill Wolowitz of Prudential Connecticut Realty listed the property, which was sold by Alison Gilbert, also of Prudential Connecticut Realty of Newtown.

Attorney Bernard Edelstein of Port Chester, N.Y., represented the sellers and attorney Eric DaSilva of  Newtown represented the buyers.

Ann and Daniel McCarthy purchased 11 Clapboard Ridge Road from Country Comfort Builders.
