Stanley Kerwin and Elizabeth Brestovansky sold their home at 667-A Heritage Village to Patrick and Antoinette Scheer.

The property was listed by Kathy Buda and Lisa Giordano of William Pitt, Newtown, and was sold by Alice Homes, also of William Pitt, Newtown.

Attorney Chris Donahue represented Mr Kerwin and Ms Brestovansky and attorney Vincent Liberti of Orange represented the buyers.

Hanover Road

Cornelius and Cynthia Dunn sold their home at 40 Hanover Road to Jim McManus and Kristen Allen.

Their listing agents were Pat MacInnis and Loretta O’Malley of William Pitt Real Estate. The selling agent was Connie Widmann of Prudential Connecticut Realty.
